Solution for Git Clone Error while Run Git Clone Command on Git Bash
It looks like a cache issue, not a version issue. Whenever you install the git bash application, the first-time clone process will succeed. And then you’ll face the actual issue. Because first time which user name and password you have given that are permanently saved. Next time when you doing the cloning process your git automatically use a saved user name & password and you will face that particular issue.
Solution: The changes will be installation process in the step of "Configuring extra option" and there will be 3 options “Enable file system caching”, “Enable Git Credential Manager”, “Enable symbolic links”. You need to mark only “Enable file system caching” and click on "Install" button. Then you enable another git clone process as you want.
